Holly T. Ashley brings more than four decades of experience in domestic violence and sexual assault advocacy, education, and ministry leadership. Her speaking combines biblical conviction, practical knowledge, and a passionate call for the Church to defend the oppressed.
Available for women’s conferences, church workshops, ministry leadership training, victim advocacy education, and instruction in recognizing and confronting domestic abuse.

- Fit to Father is a comprehensive, 14-week, Scripture-saturated parenting curriculum. Acceptance for court-ordered parenting requirements is subject to the standards and approval of the applicable court or referring agency. Organizations and participants should verify acceptance before representing the program as satisfying a court order.

Churches and ordained pastors have a unique opportunity—and a biblical responsibility—to confront abusive behavior, defend the vulnerable, and call men to genuine repentance through Jesus Christ.
But a marriage seminar is not batterer intervention. Anger management is not batterer intervention. And spiritual authority must never become an excuse for coercion and control.

Cross Strength Ministries equips churches and Christian organizations to establish comprehensive, Scripture-saturated intervention ministries through our DANGEROUS | Fit to Lead Institutional Implementation Program.
The complete implementation system includes:
- Administration Packet, including intake materials, the Danger Assessment procedure, accountability forms, victim resources, correspondence, and records-management documents.
- Orientation Packet containing program rules, policies, agreements, and course mapping.
- Reproducible Participant Packet containing the complete 28-session curriculum.
- One non-reproducible Facilitator Packet for each trained facilitator.

Cross Strength Ministries develops comprehensive, Scripture-saturated domestic violence and sexual assault curricula that equip churches, Christian ministries, and faith-based organizations to recognize abuse, respond appropriately to disclosures, prioritize victim safety, and provide informed support and referrals.
Through our R3 victim-services framework, organizations receive educational resources designed to help them understand the dynamics of physical, sexual, emotional, financial, and spiritual abuse; recognize coercive control; and establish responsible ministry practices that protect the vulnerable.
Our curricula emphasize biblical justice, compassion, victim dignity, appropriate accountability, and the distinct responsibilities of churches, trained advocates, and civil authorities.
