Fit to Lead BIP Program Mandate
This 28-week (including intake/assessment and orientation), Christ-centered, Scripture-saturated program (two weeks are dedicated to assessment and orientation) is available to all biological men across the United States. It is entirely online, with mandatory homework and weekly group meetings. This program is online through Zoom and requires you to attend all sessions, in person, on a computer (NOT A PHONE).
You must pay for and complete the intake, assessment, and orientation to determine eligibility before beginning the BIP. The intake form and background check will be compared and analyzed with the in-person (or online in-person) assessment. Therefore, all court records must be provided with the intake forms before receiving the assessment.
Fit to Lead is a continuous online course that you can start at any time.

Course Curriculum
$1,170 (Can be paid in 4 installments of $292.50; every 6 weeks, in advance)
26-week continuous program (you may join the current class at any time).
You may attend for however many weeks the court assigns. However, the minimum cost for the class is $292.50 and will only cover six weeks at a time (ie, if the court requires that you take an 8-week course, you will pay $292.50 + intake/assessment/orientation fees plus an additional $292.50 for the additional 2 weeks).
No one is allowed to enter the program until the intake, assessment, and background information have been assessed and approved by Cross Strength Staff.

Absence Fee
$45.00
If you miss a class or your homework assignment, there is a $45 absence fee. Only two (2) classes are allowed to be missed. All classes missed must be made up. Missing homework or class more than two times will result in being dismissed from the program and require both a, reinstatement fee plus the absent fee before you will be allowed re-entry.
Re-entry is conditional on approval from the program director, judge, probation officer, and/or the District Attorney. However, Cross Strength Ministries will have final discretion.

Offender Counseling (Optional one-on-one)

Missed appointments with less than a 24-hour notice will be charged the full amount. If an individual misses more than two appointments, they will be discharged from the individual counseling option.
